Booked days not showing correctly in availability calendar

Just found a problem - when the administrator adds a booking for a property, it shows correctly with all days coloured green within the admin booking calendar for that individual property, however, when the website visitor checks the availability of that same property, only the first day is showing as booked in green.

Any ideas ?
